However, the new players, Saim Ayub and Salman Ali Agha, batted well together. Saim Ayub scored 109 runs with 3 sixes and 10 fours before being caught out in the 41st over. Salman Ali Agha remained unbeaten on 82 runs, including 2 sixes and 4 fours.
Pakistan won the match by 3 wickets with three balls remaining.
